Fie, robot. Nobody does the art of wretched excess onscreen better than Michael Bay, the Wizard of Duhs and Maestro of Mayhem.
Bay has now directed a sequel to his 2007 global blockbuster “Transformers,” a film based on a Hasbro toy, and - guess what? - his idea for outdoing himself is to make the second installment even longer than the first and not to provide a press kit for reviewers (aye, Bay, damn the critics).
